Here at Db, we work very hard with our warehouses to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Due to this, we are unable to change any orders made on our system once they have gone through the checkout process as all orders are immediately transferred to our warehouse and carriers for processing.
Once you get your shipping confirmation, you may be able to contact the shipping provider and arrange for delivery to an alternate address when you provide them with the tracking number.
In the worst-case scenario where the parcel never finds its way to you, it will be returned to our warehouses and processed as a return. If that is the case, you will get refunded the full amount of the order including shipping.
